Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • At least 3 ears of related experience in industrial baking setting
  • Strong time and recourse management, and planning skills
  • Ability to work in a hot, hectic environment

Job Description

  • Supervise. co-ordinate and schedule the acclivities of workers who process, package, test and
    grade food and beverage products Establish methods o meet work schedules and co-ordinate
    work activities with other departments
  • Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Including but not limited to: Direct Labor Hours, On-lime Delivery, Training Hours Conducted,
    errors per employee, employee productivity
  • Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
  • Prepare production reports
  • Responsible for assisting with production problems, ensuring tools and equipment are available.
  • Assist In hiring and training employees
  • Conduct labor tracking or production orders and demonstrate accountability on productivity of
    the operators
