• At least one year of experience as a cook in commercial dining/catering establishment,
  • Secondary School Diploma
  • Thorough knowledge of Mediterranean and kosher dietary guidelines would be a definite asset,
  • Must be able to speak English to communicate with other staff members and have enough reading knowledge to understand the menu and special orders.


Job Description:

  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Keep food records, maintain, and monitor inventory and equipment for your station
  • Plan menus, determine the size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs,
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling the food.
  • Perform repetitive tasks, pay attention to details, stand for extended periods and clean kitchen and work areas.
